Our five steps to buying

We’re here to make your move as simple and stress-free as possible. From your first enquiry to your moving day, our team will support you every step of the way. If needed, we can also put you in touch with solicitors through our recommended network.

Step 1

Discover

Meet with our on-site Sales Advisor who will guide you through the development and help you find the apartment that’s right for you.

Step 2

Reserve

Secure your chosen home by completing a reservation form and paying a £X deposit which places a hold on your property for sixteen weeks. At this stage, a solicitor will be appointed to manage the necessary legal and financial paperwork.

If required, through our appointed estate agency we can also provide advice and support on selling your existing property.

Step 3

Personalise

Choose your preferred kitchen finishes, bathroom tiling, and any additional specifications to make your apartment feel truly your own.

Step 4

Move in

You’ll be given an entry date and invited to a home demonstration so you can get to know the heating system, appliances, and other features. Then comes the exciting part — collecting your keys!
