To keep Waterside running smoothly and to provide the best facilities and support, McCarthy & Stone will be your factor. To do this, we charge each apartment owner an annual fee depending on how many bedrooms their apartment has. This fee is known as a service charge, a common charge or factoring. We work hard to keep this service charge as low as possible and we are confident it represents great value for customers who no longer want to deal with the hassle and administrative burden of running a home. The service charge is calculated annually and paid in monthly instalments, and your McCarthy & Stone house manager will explain everything to you when you look around the development.
